CC & BIS Otterbobs Ninezergh. This is a border I would have been proud to breed. He is all Border and nothing is overdone. He looks at you from a super varminty expression in a head that is strong, masculine and otterlike. His mouth is good and teeth big, strong, and clean. He has a good handful of muzzle with plenty of underjaw. His neck flows into well laid shoulders, and on to a super well laid back rib, which has good shape. Pelt is thick and pliable and jacket is harsh and thick. His hindquarter is as required, racy. He is well angulated both fore and aft, and moves with energy and drive. / Jane Parker 1st: Ch. A very typical otter head, with the best of expressions, a strong scissor bite, ok in front, good neck going down into well laid shoulders, an easy span, the correct length of rib, super coat and pelt in the best condition, strong in loin, with a flat topline, and correct tailset, very good hind angulation, he moved around the ring with drive and style. Gilpin’s Ch Otterbobs Ninezergh, well presented has the most pleasing head and expression, good mouth with strong underjaw, has a good reach of neck, good shoulders and lay of rib. He was put down in super condition with a correct double jacket, looked good in profile and moved with ease. He is a worthy champion. / Melanie Lewis
Gilpin’s Otterbobs Ninezergh Again a dog of good quality–liked him a lot. Correct size, nicely proportioned and balanced. He has a good masculine head with a strong muzzle and dark eye. Straight front, smooth shoulders which ensured good front movement. Correct bone, good rib, and excellent tail set which finished the balance. Showed well, but short of coat today./ Graham Pickering
